The most "realistic" view is F1, I cant even do 6'm with F3 xD

F3 reminds me of RTL ;p ;p
I have best jumps from F2 view, but I like F1 the most. I also love F4

I only use F2 but F4 is the most realistic camera.

What I am mad about is too easy way to have 19,5-20 points from judges. Judges in real competition also rate lenght of the jump. I think it shouldnt happen, when i am landing 122m on Lillehamer i easly may have 58,5-60 points total from judges. This should be fixed.
I submitted it in another topic but here I think it will be better noticed.

Some things I'd like to add after playing a lot.
Landing: The system that's in use now isn't as realistic as the rest of the game. Farther jumps should be harder to stand, trying to land with a telemark on points beyond the HS should be made tougher, if not impossible.
There are two ways to finish a jump. Either with a landing or with a fall. There should be something in between it, e.g. landing with a hand in the snow.
I've also noticed that jumpers start to brake before they even cross the fall line. This does not happen in reality. Maybe the friction is too high, so that they lose too much speed in the end?
Atmosphere: Stuff like sound, crowd, interface and more are improvable, but that's been mentioned often enough.

Actually the judges should judge if the flying position is optimal and not the length of the jump. It's of course easy to say from the lenght that the flying position was not optimal. Anyway, in DSJ the AI might still have some problems judging the flying position.

This is a bit controversial matter. It's quite difficult for the player to estimate the impact of landing, e.g. if you don't reach the HS line, but land from high altitude. There's also some uncontrollable factors in each landing, so it gets pretty irritating when you make a good jump and fall it because of bad luck (that happens in reality). Therefore I have made the landing in DSJ4 a bit easier than in reality, though it will be slightly more difficult in beta2 than it was in beta1.

ok, so after some serious testing, I found something that seems a little awkward to me.
when you take a jump and you move pretty fast in the first third of the jump and you tend to fall over to the front, you move the mouse up, so the jumper lifts his upper body, but he automatically dips his feet, so the skis move down even more and he falls over.
i think it would be a little more realistic if you could "save" a jump.
or, what i'd like even more, to go the 'roar ljøkelsøy aproach' to take as much speed as possible from take-off. it seems to be almost impossible.
or maybe i'm just to bad at jumping dsj4 ;)
oh and a little more 'aggressive' jumping style would be nice ;>

All this will be improved in beta-2.

If we see that judges give points for three aspects of jump then we have some conclusions:
1.Flying style - it is easy for experienced players to do it nearly perfectly - that is OK. But I think in DSJ even short, spoiled jumps, If finished with bloody telemark have big chance to be well-pointed. That is not OK. But it is a pity in general, who lands close?

2. Landing style - here comes trouble, landing in DSJ is way too easy, as people said, IMO in beta2 landing far (very far - for example 145-150m in Lillehammer) should be almost impossible with telemark and hard with two legs landing

It should be tried in beta2 IMO.
3. Position after landing - i have no idea how to resolve this. The fact is judges are also looking on this aspect. But DSJ should stay DSJ, no solutions like in RTL's ski jumping, mouse-controlling etc. So we cut it. What instead? Dunno... I know it is ready to write, harder to include but what I am really concern about it is, as others, landing... Way too easy.
I know that it may spoil the game because what gives us so much fun? Looong jumps. So it must be including carefully. But thanks to WE - beta testers - and of course Jussi, who really admires me creating DSJ, the game - it may becomes better than already is

Please Jussi Think about this design helmets (not Redbull only Blue-Silver) and Skis. I think about two colours suits. For examle Simon Ammann suits or Adam Małysz:

Tom Hilde:

I'm sory for my bad English, maybe you understand me.

Hey Jussi I have some ideas about light and graphic in summer time jumps.
1. What do you think about add grass near hill ? (not far, because some computers can get problems with perfomance of game. Of course you can do that just like with standing people or trees - use only texture ;p And amount of grass visible on the screen can be change in settings like other things
2. Maybe add horizon and new better sky? Replays will be more excited
3. Can you do something with light on the Hill? I mean in summer hills and terrain is too dark and everytime I'm trying skip a summer time (and I think that a lot of people do that).
Example:
