Not sure yet. The hills will be much more charasteristic than in beta-2, so it takes more time to model them.
I'll be adding new hills as soon as I finish them even after the first release.

If you mean that the hills will come online one after another we can almost start with the full version
I think it will be very nice, if there will be maybe 10 hills in first full version and every week a new hill comes into the game (would be also interesting in the World Cup
