Sorry, but I didn't write that. I know that Poland is GMT+1 and Finland is GMT+2.
1. So Finland is one hour ahead us.
2. Now we have summer time, so Poland is GMT+2 and Finland GMT+3

Actually UTC and GMT are not the same thing. Finland is still GMT +2, but UTC +3 in the summer

In winter GMT and UTC are in the same time.
