Some fantastic jumping today as well. Evensen and Schlierenzauer share the victory.

Two jumps over 240m today and even with extremely low speed and poor wind conditions Evensen and Schlierenzauer went 234.5 and 232.5 in the second round. Really looking forward to tomorrow's competition.

Such a great hill, just a damned shame the producers zoom in too much on the jumpers so it's very hard to judge how far they're going mid-flight. Wish they'd take a look at how they film in Planica in stead, as that's a brilliant way of showing it.

I was there in yesterdays competition. What a HUGE hill :D
If you have the height as Evensen have towards the end of the flight its very hard to stand on 250m. (I think)
Its flat down there.
243,5m by schlierenzauer yesterday was absolutely sick to watch....
To bad Severin dont jump this weekend :( Would have been fun to see him in his form at the moment..

250 not impossible, but expect a tough landing :D

Evensen had a bit too much speed in that jump considering the form he's in. It's definitely possible to stand at 250 meters when the flight trajectory is optimal.

EDIT: The difficulty of Vikersund for both jumpers and the jury makes me sad. Two jumpers are doing whatever the f*** they want in this hill while jumpers like Koch are way behind from the same gate.
