First suggestion: In run Speed.. We can manipulate jumper in run
2nd suggestion: landing control

Give us a flying style like Evensen & Janda??? i think we need a flyingstyle selection in settings?? Then you can change you flying style !

Two things that came into my mind which would be great:
(1) the possibility to enter hight and weight of the Jumper you create and based on that the jumper has a different style of jump .. big jumper more jumping power smaller ones better in the air.
(2) the possibilty to sequences of different camera views like I would like to start with ego view until the decent and then automatically it switches to the side view where I have the best control in the Air .. at the end I like the helicoper view the most.

2. CPU Players more less 150 jumpers with actually skills
3. Conversion of wind and start bar like in the real World Cup
4. Competitions and Tournaments :
- 4 Hills Tournament
- Nordic Cup
- Local (in the country ex.Japan Cup
-Fis World Team Cup ( Fis Team Tour)
- Continental Cup
- World Junior Championship
5. Availability World Cup and other competitions and tournaments in Career
6. Anthemes, and ceremony after a contest
7. Coaches with flags
8. Facesof Ski Jumpers like Adam Małysz with moustache etc.

I want to suggest you 2 other things:
1.World Cup Ski Flying once for 2 years like in real
2. Possibility jumping CPU Players when you want
