The 'sfc all' server should contain all of ski flying hills lol

How come your official mammoths are only on the official hills server? That if one thinks so beautifully then the same can be done with fictional mammoths - put them in fictional hills and retro mammoths - put them in retro hills and we have one server SFC for real custom hills. If you do something in one direction then do the same for all - unfortunately this division has created one big chaos - think again.

"Sky flying - All" now includes the new ski flying hills (I had forgotten to include them earlier) as well as the originals.

Edit: For consistency also the "Real hills" server could include the originals (if not replaced by newer custom version). I'll have to think a little about the division.

In my opinion it would be best to add original hills to the real and retro servers

EDIT: Oberstdorf HS213 and Bad Mitterndorf 1986 K185 are still missing
