1. Schlierenzauer jumped record in 2009 from probably gate 8-9.
2. In 2010, when they were jumping from quite higher gate, maximal speed was smaller for about 2 kph than in 2009 from higher gate. So they probably did it earlier not in 2011.

Bad Mitterndorf in Beta-2 was better and more realistic (not in look), because there wasn't luck in landing, important was skill.

1. Correct, 2. There was snowfall in the first competition.
Based on the videos it looks like they added the gates for 2012.

You can check all the results here:

Ok, I watched videos with Schlierenzauer's HR and Kranjec's winning jump from 2010.
Schlierenzauer - gate 9, 101.1 kph
Kranjec - gate 9 (??), 99.2 kph

And they have still similar speed from the same startgates. Gate from which Schlierenzauer jumped was higher but number was the same. But in 2012, maximal speed from gate 9 was 98.8 kph set by Andreas Wank who is one of the fastest jumpers. Kranjec from this gate would set speed about 0.5 kph less than Wank.

2010: Kranjec, gate 7, 99.2 km/h, light snowfall (according to official results).
I think this still matches with the gates from 2009 hill record.

Where stats was found? I was looking for it on http://data.fis-ski.com/ski-jumping/results.html but I didn't found info about startgates.

PS. In this video I found last board 10 and gate was looking like on no. 8 or no. 9, not no. 7.

The gates are listed in the Statistics section at the end of the document.

In 2nd competition in 2009 average speed from gate 7 was 100.5 kph, so probably there was small changes or something other.
