There was no reconstruction. Last changes took place before WC in 2001, the hill hasn't changed since then.
Differences in flying trajectories depend on the wind conditions, used suit material, technique progression, gate and overall weather climate.
Therefore, like in Planica and other flying hills, the heights vary from season to season.
And yes, generally the trajectory in Harrachov should be and IS a bit higher than on other ski flying hills. Let's see how the source materials used by Jussi will reflect and translate this into the resulting in-game hill.

Look at the Jurij Tepes's 220m jump. At the beginning of his jump he was flying really low than he caught wind and at the end of his jump he was flying 4-5 metres over the landing than he fell
In real world height of jump depends of jumper flying style.

There are many factors that influence the jump - my point was that it's not necessarily a construction change that's causing difference in flying trajectory over previous season(s).
Compare Simon Ammann's 213m in 2008 and 215,5m in 2011 - completely different trajectories in both jumps, achieved by the same jumper with the same style, BUT 96.7 km/h vs. 102.6 km/h, that's quite a difference, and surely different wind conditions, too.
Naturally, every jumper employs a unique flying style, directly influencing his height, but as you can see, even if we eliminate the "style" factor, the jump height is still affected by many additional factors.

Yes, I'm pretty sure. The last change of the hill profile was in 2000. After that, only artificial lights were built in stadium for night competitions in recent years.
