If there were online records, my and Mateusz Greex idea of that would look like:
e.g. Zakopane Hill
We've got gates 5-9. For every gate would be another World Record line. (5th gate 97m; 6th 97m; 9th 92m). I think it would be more objective, than having only one WR line for all gates. On mediamond we would have extra rubric "Gate Records" and on online servers would have WR of the gate (line), and name of the owner.
Why something like that?
People will not want to wait for hours for good front wind. Instead, in every competition we would have a possibility and motivation to beat the record. In my opinion playing online will be more popular with something like that.

Personally, following gate-records would be too overwhelming. I am satisfied with only one online-record category. If you would like to see records jumped in a competition with a lot of jumpers, those records could also be limited to tournaments only.

I'll consider this. For v1.3 it's a bit too late, though.
