A | 1250/1300-9999
B | 1000-1250/1300
C | 0-1000

Yeah, definitely there should be tournament C for players with rating less than 1000 or even 950

Surely should it be less than 1000. Rating 1000 is unreliable, as all new members have it.

I would introduce the division based on peak rating. latest winner of the tournament B has a Peak rating 1580. Sorry for bad english!

But Peak-rating coulb be a result of the beta version. And also the number of player will probably not be balanced.?
