Moderators are indeed needed. There could be one moderator who also speaks polish and a moderator who doesn't speak polish. This way the entire forum could be covered by just 2 people, without discriminating anyone.

I'm working on migration to phpbb3 and will choose some extra moderators after that. We have to keep this forum a pleasant place.
