Do you think one can do over 250 in GER with -4ms?!? I say: yes, you can!ereml hajric wrote:I got nothin here to say,I wanna say just check topic ideas/suggestions/deifference in wind,Frode tested wind on two computers...and there was to much variation...
when I played on-line I saw sometimes amazing variations...like Sajdor says...on SLO,CRO,GER can't be so much difference in flayed meters betwen two good jumpers...so wind is not the same for all...in that I am shore...wind starts from the same point...but then???

he he...tnx Torsten...mhm..there are some of us,who can managed 250+ in GER with -4.0m/s(but with hard work,I thin it is possible)
I didn' play for a long time on-line...but that is how I remember...and I quited on-line on first place..
I remember in my last jump played on on-line on FRa...-3.1 from behind...and 242 meters...20 meters longer then second jumper...and everybody said...that is not possible...
"sometimes" good jumpers are jumping good in bad condicions...sometimes good jumpers can miss their jump to...do a mistake...so..Sajdor maybe that day,was not your day...not lucky..and not precise...good luck for you in next tournaments...I am really thinking to buy me an on-line license
good jumps

You're right, Lukasz. It's just an example what's possible if you even think it isn't possible.sajdor wrote:by the way 250 on Germany with 4.0 back wind, sorry Thorsten but it seem impossible, well impossible for me, even with slowdown, well maybe if you talking about jani jump on dsj community tournament, but if I recall corectly it wasnt 4.0 and wind marker wasnt straight in a back
Short summary of my opinion:
1. Yes, getting badder winds then others happens often, but overall everyone gets this annoying situation nearly the same often times (and i think players like Martin Kafka won the most of the tournaments because of his skills for jumping on bad wind!)
2. You can do pretty long jumps with bad wind, too. So the bad wind mustn't be the reason for a bad place

3. You shouldn't blame the wind for a just one Top3-position on the 32hill-tournament ... that's NOT true!
