Now we are using the mouse's vertical axis for tilting the skijumper up and down in the air.
What if the horizontal axis was used for tilting sideways to correct unbalanced jumps?

I tried it earlier and it was way too difficult. Whenever I managed to adjust one axis the other one went wrong.

When the jumper lands beyond the point of HS may have supported his stroke is it possible in DSJ 4?
Sorry for bad English

It would be cool to be able to "steer" the skiers way of braking down after landing, by moving the mouse up or down.
For example for those who use F1 or F2-cam:
If we move the mouse upwards the skier will brake towards left, and if we move the mouse downwards the skier would brake towards right.
This way we can brake in a kind of "slalom"-pattern as the real jumpers normally do.
The way it is now is that he always brakes down straight forward, and if he has too much speed he will crash in the fence. There is no way to prevent this from happening.

I have an idea so that on hills sounds are dependent on countries:
Czech -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CWp7_5M8 ... re=related that is supporting the announcer
Germany -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvP_IGdA ... re=related that is din of fans
Poland and Planica -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ou0GYNJOGpU that is wailing trumpets
Japan -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSLMXDJDORs I don't know as it is naming
Austria -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JPj3oan780c trumpets
Canada -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=INVfpvVYEuM so kind of hitting of glass,
look at 0:31:26
What do you think about this?
Look a Bishofshofen 2011.
It is how the competitor will defeat the m at second series 130meters
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=My2L8gGE ... re=related look at 0:25

Most definetly not the most important issue here, but when creating a new jumper or when practicing, the default skisuit could be slightly less "pink and orange"?

Hei
I use F2-cam and what I need (and many other player's imho) is some measure (... -3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3...) during zooming out and in by the mouse scroll.
Thank You

Too many details in the hill distract the jumping. This is especially true when the camera is moving fast sideways (like in F2 view) if there is no motion blurring (which I am not planning to implement at the moment).

I am currently using the default one since it's not possible to determine the supported refresh rates and selecting an unsupported one may damage the monitor.

This could be only in replays or in the options would be the option to exclude:)

I wish to see two major changes in the full game or beta 3.
1. Two or four -Coloured helmets and goggles
2. Take away the annoying chopper sound in the F9 and the F10 cameras
Hope Jussi can take the time to fix this
