between play, the game stops and PC shows information: Direct 3d device exepcion.

How to fix it?

You could try updating your graphics drivers.

I see, that I have 32 bit version of DSJ, but my comp is 64 bit. Is that a problem?

DSJ3 is available only as a 32-bit version, so that's not the problem.
