I can't use my own key on on my new pc

Hi Jussi,

Unfortunately, I can't unlock full version of DSJ4 v.1.7.0 on my new PC.

I've removed the key on the old PC. But still, following message appears when I am using valid credentials to unlock the full version(i.e. name and the key)?:

Failed to unlock the full version. Please contact the support@mediamond.fi
