Game can't find dedicated graphics card

Pretty much the title. I tried looking for a solution and I found a thread on forum from almost 7 years ago which describes the same issue, but the fix suggested in comments, doesn't work for me. When I run dxdiag, Device Identifier returns "Unknown" (Intel is recognized without any problem), which prevents me from using GTX 1650 Ti on my laptop. Note: I tried this both on Win 10 and Win 11, with the same result, unknown ID of the GTX.

Please check if you can choose "Run with graphics processor..." in the context menu when launching Setup.exe or DSJ4.exe.

This option is no longer available since Windows 10 20H1 update, sadly. Nvidia's website suggests the solution that forces usage of particular card, but that method doesn't really work, since you have to select the adapter from DSJ4 setup.
