no, better option is period right after Olympic Games, more people will be in mood of Winter games.
Moreover, TDD is the most important tournament for DSJ players and after that many people would not play anymore.
For me (and as I can see results - for other players too) 26.02 - 4.03 is better option.

100% true, after TDD many of players ends jumping online, and playing online is boring

I think 26/02 - 04/03 or later is very bad idea, because a lot of people can have the end of game online subscription & I not really can in this week.
Weeks 29/01 - 04/02 or 05/02 - 11/02 is the best.

oh, c'mon. first of all, if somebody haven't bought a subscriptioin earlier, he woudn't do it just for TDD. But if a player wants to show his skills he will buy it anyway, so in fact, a date is not important in this case.
Secondly access is not that expensive, more expensive is game key and look - there is so many players with their own key, there are even people with 2 or more keys...
I still suggest 26.02 - 4.03 as a TDD date.
