I think the best period is Feb 20 to Feb 26 because it's directly before World Championships and it doesn't interfere with it at all. Moreover it can introduce us to the climate of WC2017 in Lahti.
Also, the very begining of march seems to be considerable because it will boost up the attendance in the period it is generally plummeting.

13th-19th February. Great compromise between beginning of February and the end of February/beginning of March. And it won't collide with World Championships, which should be important.

PS. Jussi, why there is possiblity to select all options? Wouldn't be better to select maximally 2 options?

In terms of skijumping it doesn't matter at all, because the competitons will be held at 16.30 CET and one at 17.30 CET. The other disciplines have they schedules even earlier so TDD won't interrupt you watching
