Slight disappointment

Post by Martin Kafka »

Well... frankly speaking, I was expecting some DSJ4-related prizes this time. Free betatest or full version when released, video or at least bunch of screenshots - whatever. I'm sure some of the players would jump like there was no tomorrow for these. Let me explain: in my opinion, most of the best ("hardcore" if you like) players, ie. potential prize winners already have enough subscription days, and if they don't, they'll extend anyway. Throwing in some DSJ4 stuff (even if it's not out yet) would definitely increase both prestige of the Tour and motivation of the top players.
There, of course, still may be nothing to offer as instant as a subscription or physical as a T-shirt, but something like "Be the first to play DSJ4!" sounds pretty exciting to me, more exclusive.

I'd rather not promise any prizes that don't exist yet.

Will there be any kind of qualification or a rank requirement?
I jump for the thrill, but with my skill, I will surely jump the whole hill.
