'Skip this jump' option

Post by maibatsu »

When i see that my take off is really poor i just don't want to continue the flight as i know that it won't be a good try.
Jussi, would it be possible to add an option (both practise and team/world cup mode) that will allow us to cancell current jump at any time and carry on with next attempt ?

No it's not, this might actually be useful little option to have in the game.

not good IMO. It sounds like an idea for record hunting... 500 players good wind and cancelling jumps when we see they aint good.... it shouldent be that easy.

Actually I'm not and I am not going to be a record hunter.
Just thought that there is no point continuing the flight after a really bad take off.
For me bad take off equals wasted attempt.

Just land and wait for style marks. It doesn't take too long.

Why it should be hard ?

I like this option. Especially if you are playing the world cup in solo mode and you want to skip some of the already qualified (top 10) players.
Just like in real life, when some of them decide to skip the qualis. ;)

Bad idea also in my opinion. If you do a bad take off, just land, it's like 3-4 seconds and then you go to the next one.
I consider myself as a record hunter and i don't really think that this would bring anything useful to the game ;)
So, sorry, but NO ;)
