Hill HS 400

Post by Patryk Szczerbinski »

I'd like to Jussi make a Hill HS 400. It's gonna be fun and very interesting.

What us thinking about it?

That's utopic. The jumps over 300m are utopic too.
Dude with HS400 you fly half a kilometer :/ :?
Don't agree.

Maybe it would have been a little bit fun, but it's very unrealistic. But the idea K50/70 sounds nice

Isn't that almost exactly as Norway, HS138?

To the discussion about K50 & so one...

IMHO due to the physics in DSJ3 hills, that are this small are quite irrelevant frist when it comes to realism and second when it comes to fun

In DSJ2 The difference was that the air resistance reacted way different as in DSJ3 ( as one can see e.g. with the angle from ski to level 0 )

In DSJ3 you gain your distance mostly with speed, while in DSJ2 it was with height (on hills as England ), thus hills smaller than the current United Kingdom, will imho be not to exciting... ( even more if one thinks at the current inrun speed in UK )

More exciting would be a bigger difference between the single hills ( as it was for example with hills like Slovakia in DSJ2 )

And finally, no I don't think that DSJ2 was better ;)

Smaller hills than HS85 sounds useless to me. Imagine 6-7-8 players sharing places and only a few points between the 1st round leader and the guy that couldn't reach the 2nd round. Lets keep this game free of lotto.

A hill larger than Slovenia could be funny, though. The length are already unrealistic, so why not expand into the mammoth order of magnitude? Touching the bottom of hills like that relies on skills, and would just make the game even funnier.

I wish a hill with a very fast inrun speed....

The hill shouldn't be very big hillsize, but a very long long inrun... hehe ;-)
