Can someone tell me what happens after payment is done.

Will the full version be available downloading on internet or
will the 4mb game be shipped to my private address ?

I really hope it can be downloaded on internet. The full version with multiplayer access will
not be in mail before a week or two

You will be sent a registration key via email. Then you have to launch the demo version of the game and enter the key at the registration menu to enable the locked features.
