I have a registered version for dsj 3.
The problem is when i will buy a online subscription for my girlfriend, i must register my girlfriend first. Which code i need it ? Must i buy a new code for dsj 3 before my girlfriend can suscribe online ??
How i can register 2 peoples for one version ??

You'll need two registration keys (i.e. licenses to the full version of DSJ3), so that you can make a registered player account to both of you.
