Importing a list of competitors

Hello!
I'm quite sure that this issue has been discussed in this forum, so I appologize for bringing this up again:
I want to create competitors In DSJ3, and obviously creating one after another is a rather long procedure, so I'd like to know if there is a way to import them from any kind of list I could create?
