High CPU-usage?
High CPU-usage?
I'm running on a P4 3.0c which is a couple of years old now. I have an external thermal sensor under the cpu, and this gives me a pretty accruate temperature measurement. To date, DSJ3 is the only application that has ever manged to make the temperature surpass 65°c. Is it a common problem that DSJ3 puts a lot of strain on the cpu? Or more specific: on this type of cpu?

DSJ3 utilizes all the computing power to make the frame rate as high as possible. On faster computers this might put some extra burden for the cpu if the frame rate exceeds the refresh rate of the monitor.Thomas wrote:Is it a common problem that DSJ3 puts a lot of strain on the cpu?
