I think that You need to have your own key, not illegal from the Internet
If You have our, just download records in game

"Hill Records" -> "Personal Hill Records" -> "Your Player" -> "Download" (at the bottom of the page)

i cannot play as well :/ i reinstalled game, still same s**t with settings.cfg, cant open the game, even offline :/

You have to delete this file, i had the same problem and in my case it worked

I was doing this few times, before I wrote this message...

Well then i don't know, maybe delete all the files or something, but you propably have done it
