Do what ? Its unrealistic to jump so long and live so the jury gives you high marks just for making it alive  seriously, I dont get why people even jump from those high gates, but whatever... Try jumping from gate 1 and reaching HS ;)

Isn't that the purpose of the fall line that falling after that won't count? :D

Be happy, that you don`t need to cheat for reaching the falling line ;)

And you get the marks for your jump just to falling line. Everything what happens after that doesent count for the judges

Yes. But it is very unrealistic to jump over the falling line :)

I'm sure that this would look pretty much the same in real life. But nobody is desperate enough to check this ;)

And it's very unrealistic for an professional athlete to start from Gate 55. Schlierenzauer would be... dead squared. And we don't know how far he'd jump... ;)

Maybe he will read this and test it out. Then we will know how far jumps are realistic from this gate, he won´t win that 4 hills tournament and everyone is lucky ;)
Just to hope, he will do a good jump at the first time

DSJ is NOT real life. Deal with it.

I know. But, ehm... wasn't me, who complained that something is unrealistic... ;)

@Mario: Lets hope, that Severin didn't read and wants to try. Without him... we just have friday, and Austria still this coach-dude with the "eye of the tiger"-look or so and at least... four world-class jumpers.
