I'm sure it was reported earlier, but it is visible especially in Lahti. 2m/s front wind vs. 2m/s back wind means that the difference between both cases is like 5 meters when it comes to how far the jumper goes after the landing. With 2m/s from the back the jumper almost hits the barrier at the end of the hill, and when the wind is 2m/s from the front, he's like 10 meters from that place.
I'm not sure if it would happen in reality, maybe in perfect conditions and constant, stable wind. In reality, there would be many things blocking that wind so it's actually impossible to tell.
