Can't register my player after reinstalling the game

Hi,
I just reinstalled the game and after activating it with my original key I wanted to register my player (with the same name as previously) but game keeps saying me that my key is not proper. Any solution to this problem?

What's the exact error message?

Well I have the polish version, but it says that the key seems to be mistaken and game suggests to make sure wheter the key and a owner are correct

Make sure that you write small and capital letters as they are in the registration name.
