Update or add in new Hills

Hi!
I have been playing dsj4 for a long time now, and I am just wondering if its possible to maybe add some new hills, for example Vikersund k200 hs240 and trondheim k124 hs140.
The small and old planica hill is also starting to get boring, updating it to make it more simillar to the real one would be great.
I have also read alot of old and great suggestions on here, but none of them has actually gone through, so I am wondering why the game isnt being updated. Can anyone tell me why?
