Hinterzarten HS108

and could not be Iron Mountain HS133 and Einsiedeln HS117??

Here's the list of remaining hills that I have been able to get permissions for:

From this list which one you would like to get? Oberstdorf HS137, Oslo HS134 and both Falun hills are kind of out of question.
Klingenthal HS140 is pretty strong candidate for me as the World Cup will start there.

Kuopio HS100

I would like to see:

Klingenthal HS140 - beginning of the WC season
Oslo HS106 - if "big" Oslo causes problems let's start with smaller one
Lahti HS97 - sometimes WC is held there in case of strong wind
Bischofshofen HS78 - one smaller hill would be nice to see in the game

A question: After you create the hills which priority is higher than the others, do you also create the other hills later? (like Sapporo HS 100)
