Please, prohibit the use of gibbon in jumping.
Consequently, please remove all hill records using gibbon and ban the players who made them.

If a player uses gibbon in a competition, ban him.

Gibbon spoils the entire gameplay and is a cheat.
The normal player has no chance against the gibbon player.
It is an unrealistic flight, against physics.
The gameplay is unfair.

As for the Gibbon you're right, it should be blocked. This is a very controversial technique that ruins the entire game. It is a pity that it is allowed and so far it has not been tidied up, maybe it will finally succeed :)

How could you implement it? Who will check all replays? And again, ITS A GAME, you cant make a game about such a complicated sport 100% realistic. Also, how is a cheat? Was v-style a cheat in 1980s? No.

Its not players' fault, why would you ban them? That is same as banning speed abusers in FIFA, becasue FIFA makes speed most important ability in game. Also, you have to understand, that making physics in so complicated (and yet not really popular) sport is hard, specially if its made by one person (or small group) rather than a corporation.
