Releasing new hills during the summer simply doesn't pay off. It doesn't seem to pay off even during the winter.Szymon11 wrote:Jussi could you release a small update in May/June with only 1-2 hills? We have a strong hope that you will do some new hills in several weeks...

Re: Changelog DSJ4 v1.5.1 -> DSJ4 v1.5.2
Well, 2 new hills for grand prix (for example Hinterzarten, Sapporo HS100) will be nice anyway.

6-10 hills in November will be better than 2 hill in July

I wouldn't count on that either. With the current level of sales it's very difficult to continue working on the game full time. The problem is that many play but few pay.greex1 wrote:6-10 hills in November will be better than 2 hill in July

So, you should upload new version of DSJ 4, then begin work on DSJ 5. Many players could pay for that.

Re: The future of DSJ
If you had to pay 0.50€or more to get 1 new hill it would surely pay off. And if someone didnt buy the new hill they wouldnt be able to play DSJ 4 online;) If that was possible...

Hmm... with arround 100 Players which would buy every new hill that would be 50€ per hill, but actually would there be 100 PLayers who will buy that, not sure :/Vaaranto wrote:If you had to pay 0.50€or more to get 1 new hill it would surely pay off. Re: The future of DSJ
I think Jussi this topic would be made sticky
I have an idea: everyone who have full paid version of DSJ4, could get DSJ5 for free, too. Others would pay. What do you think?

DSJ4/DSJ5 wouldnt get that much earnings even if you have to pay for it if you had it already, if it would free for people who already had it, which would be the majority, would completely stop the progression of the development of the gameMaciejo-96 wrote:I think Jussi this topic would be made sticky

And: now you have to pay 15€ + 10€ for 1 year Online and then just 10€ per year if you want to play Online, if you compare that to other Games, where someone pay 20€ a month, that isnt really that much.
