Some years ago I was running an IRC channel for DSJ but it proved to be quite pointless since majority of people were just crying for a free registration key there.

How did you get that channel back?!? I started it ages ago, but no-one seemed to find interest in an IRC channel. There were not even enough players to get a q bot into the channel. Some day hostiles took over, some clan from some other game. They happened to use "dsj" as their clan shortcut. That's when I gave up the idea of an IRC channel for DSJ - and that was #dsj on Quakenet.
