When jumping online you can always see who holds national record (NR) on given hill. You can see PB, NR and WR.

When jumping offline, you see PB, LR and WR. Why not NR? I'd love to be able to see how far away I am from offline NR when jumping.

What I would do is to go and remove all the leftover folders manually from PC and then do a clean install attempt (as admin). Unless you have something you don't want to lose in those folders.
