I like both ideas. More cups is always better because it attracts players. The current "4 hills" tournament is awesome but it is once per month and after five minutes it is over and you wait whole month...there should be similar cup at least once per week. One more wild idea: when it comes...
My progress on 1.12 has unfortunately been slower than expected. Therefore I am not sure yet if there will be a smaller update still for this season or a larger one for the next one. All of them - smaller and bigger are nice :) So pity Jussi can't and don't want to create any more hills, even in xm...
The "shaking" is called "gibbon" but you don't need to learn that, you need to master the default jumping technique first. Regarding hardware and DPI - there is no one "best" settings. Everyone likes something different. I suggest to watch replays from player who does n...
Real hills are awesome, but I like fictional hills too (as long as they are in their own separate cup). I played DSJ4 when there was only 24 hills and for several years no update. Current state is 1000% better.

Ok thanks for explaining. I never paid attention to the speed and I have x thousand jumps on some Jussi hills offline
We have discord for Czech community of dsj players and ski jumping fans and it works really well. It helps to gather players for team cups and for dsj in general. I advise other non-poland countries to try this.
It is a lot different than the two main (polish) discords
Nice work! Steam would make the game much more visible to the world. It could attract people outside of Europe and outside of Ski jumping fans. AFAIK you don't have to buy again. Existing players can usually keep playing on "non-steam" version of the game. It all depends on how it would be...

Bringing DSJ4 to Nintendo Switch would be huge effort, but porting DSJ2 for Switch could be achievable. Spending time on that would be naturally away from something else.
Spend time on DSJ4 instead please much more potential there
