Possible solution to this would be setting the A server limit to 1200-9999. But I highly doubt Jussi would adopt such measure. When you think of it, it does make sense, it works that way in FIS competitions. Weaker/novice jumpers first gain their experience in FIS Cup / Continenal Cup, in other word...

Currently there's K.O. mode enabled on every hill at Online WC server but it should be only on 4 hills as it also says in the game... I think this is a bug.

Nope, it's the same situation as last year, B servers are always empty, everybody wants to jump in World Cup. However, with the start of new season, 1.5.0 version and all, this might as well change.
