Re: Would you play DSJ 4 if it would be on Nintendo Switch?
Personally I would prefer the development time to be spent on improving DSJ4 instead of porting DSJ2 to Switch. Apart from not owning one, I don't really see the reason why playing on Switch would be superior to playing on PC or phone, depending on where you currently are.

Re: Hills filtering modes
IMHO the folders/tagging idea explained here viewtopic.php?t=8571 is strictly better than this one.

Re: 12 new custom hills added to DSJ4 Online / Hill record lists
Any plans for adding new hills to online / releasing cpu data for the hills above for the start of the new season? Or will you be waiting with that for the 1.12 release?

Re: Idea for the future update: Ski jumpers and hills grouped in folders
I see one issue with tagging as compared to folders: would you need to tag each jumper by hand? It would be very tedious if so. But it could be resolved by eg. adding a button 'tag all as:' and then just rotating the folder's contents until you have all your jumper/hill packs tagged.

Re: Xinitiao Hill Workshop
I've also been unbanned on dsj24.pl after only 10 months, so maybe later I will upload the new versions there too... ;) I forgot to update the workshop  , so here's the link to Å HS245 after the 1.10 rework (new lines, cameras and snazzy new construction colors) https://dsj24.pl/hills/2993 An...

Re: DSJ 4 1.12 - is something going on?
I haven't been able to put as much time on the developement that I was wishing for, so there won't be an update for the start of season, but maybe for the turn of the year. No worries, as long as DSJ is alive again and getting yearly updates I'm very happy :D [*]Copy-paste support for text fields H...

Custom textures in hills
Would it be technically difficult for the game to support natively custom textures in hills? I have an idea that hills could work as a .zip containing an .xml and .png/.jpg/other texture files, but I don't know how feasible would it be in relation to the existing assumptions in the code regarding cu...

Re: Ideas and suggestions for the next update
New FIS rules change: new hill type - Giant hill - HS 150-184 m - so the automatic classification of the hills in their in-game description needs an update (points per meter stay the same - at 1.8 )

Re: Ski slopes created by users the AI does not score points?
It's because the AI data is generated from the online game results so the AI players can only jump on hills from the third party hills menu which have the little computer icon next to them.

Just out of curiosity - is it intentional that Michalak's "9 world records in a day" still remain or is it an omission?Jussi Koskela wrote: ↑26 May 2023, 19:58Banned.uciekinier3937 wrote: ↑23 May 2023, 13:56 how he cheated 290.60?! That's cheating Jussi do something! >:(

Re: Gibbon - #FIX_Gibbon
If anti-gibbon was implemented it would probably be based on detecting excess forces applied to bindings. If so, please make the jumper lose control without the skis falling off, something similar to those replays: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1GeI003BmNV5CovjSvcL-mG_NuJS1gukC?usp=sharing...

That's great to hearJussi Koskela wrote: ↑11 Apr 2023, 21:13 I think the best approach would be to support inruns in two formats: the current one and a fully custom one.
If possible, I'd love to have these formats extended to dhill and outrun too
