i reinstalled sp3, where directx 9.0c was and dsj4 started working properly, thanks for advice!

It doesn't look so big like planica, it looks as the old vikersund - I looked it today

when i want to open setup.exe there is an error on my screen "failed to enumerate DIRECT3D8 video adapters"

I have direct3D of course with directx 9.0b so what's the problem?
