Re: Ideas and suggestions for the next update

Great suggestions here! I'd add the ability to modify (decrease) the skills of player-controlled jumpers, so that a poor jump with Kraft will still be much longer than excellent jumps with FIS Cup level competitors. That's something I've been doing in my offline world cup by changing the altitude of...

Re: My hill workshop(Harrachov 1996, Shchuchinsk HS 140, HS9

Opala, was ist da passiert? Du kannst dir "Harrachov 1996 cancelled competitions - extreme situations" auf Youtube anschauen. Das Video is auf Deutsch, also du wirst vermutlich viel mehr als ich (nach zehn Jahren ohne Deutsch zu benutzen) davon lernen. ;) I don't know much about the backg...

Harrachov 1996 is really entertaining as well. Apart from being a very well-made hills, it reflects the crazy atmosphere of the original competitions. And that hanging jumper makes me crack every time. :D

That Oyama hill is a thing of beauty, congrats! Zakopane with the tunnel is really impressive as well.

Re: Deluxe Ski Jump 2 released for Android!

Absolutely amazing! It totally recaptures the feel of the original game. The idea for controls is brilliant: controlling the flight by rotating the phone up and down makes playing a lot more relaxing than it is case with more mobile ski jumping games, where you have to rely on subtle fingertop movem...

I just wanted to express my gratitude to Jussi for getting engaged in this project. To guys asking for further updates: sure, it would be cool if new hills became playable online and received CPU players, but we've already got what we had been waiting for for 7 years. Even more, actually. Not only d...

Extra hills out of existing hills

Hi, I've come up with an idea how to increase the number of hills in the game a bit. Basically, I want to multiply the existing hills, just with new names. The playing experience would remain the same, of course, but it is still going be a nice little feature. I've already tried this thing with Val ...

Re: Ideas & suggestions for next beta/full version

Hey Jussi, what about making it possible to set the number of rounds for specific competition? I mean, it would allow us to play a realistic Ski-Flying WC with 4 rounds. Of course, one can choose to play two consecutive competitions and sum up the points, but then you have no clue what the standing ...

Re: Jussi Koskela :)

My question is not really worth a separate topic and this one seems proper for it. I noticed that Jussi's English looks like a decent C1 (pretty common in Finland as far as I'm concerned, yet still damn impressive) and he's German appears flawless as well. I wonder Jussi how much effort you put into...

Life records

What about saving the individual longest jumps of jumpers (replay or result only)? Then you can see them during ski flying contests. It would be nice improvement if you like to play offline competitions with many players.
