What about Oslo? HS 134? It would be a great hill to have! I have good idea for Oslo. Is it doable to make wings wider? In my opinion 2nd point is bad excuse. Similar tower is in Wisla and it wasn't any problem. From F2, F1 and other views it won't be problem to make good take off and fly.
