In general, I like the idea of implementing the wind/gate factor in the game (maybe as an optional feature), but in my opinion the points should be calculated as at real competitions, therefore we need a more detailed wind model, or at least more wind data in the game.

Because at real competitions ...

I wonder if anyone else plays DSJ with female jumpers, but I created 60 ski jumpers from the 2011/12 season. :)
