Re: Gibbon - #FIX_Gibbon
Where do you draw the line between a 'clean' jump and an obvious gibbon attempt? This is very thin ice. I honestly don't care whether it stays or not, I'm just not surprised why Jussi may be hesitating in this case as the decision and matter at hand is not as clear-cut as it may seem. Well, the lin...

Re: Gibbon - #FIX_Gibbon
Well, first of all, I wouldn't call Maciej unskilled, He is a world champion, a two time world championship medallist and a two time world cup winner, but if you say so. And yeah, you can say that jumpers who can pull of Gibbon perfectly are better players. That's true, at least for the physics we h...

Re: Gibbon - #FIX_Gibbon
Honestly an updated version where Gibbon won't be possible anymore with a fresh record list sounds like a perfect solution. Just leave the current one on the website so that everyone can see what the records were. Record lists have already been frozen and restarted multiple times with new versions w...

Re: The second new hill will be...
Hehe, I wouldn't have recommended Villach anyway... That one has a damn strange table with that stupid 10°... My latest documents say that it's 11,5° nowadays. Not sure if they have changed it or measured it again. :) Perhaps they got the table to 11,5° at the previous winter world cups, that have ...

Re: Villach HS98 preliminary screenshot
I think the longest training jump in Villach I've seen is about 104-105... Very far that's true, but possible and landed.
There's also a 110m jump in Lillehammer K90 e.g.

So, that leaves me stuck with no other option than to wait for better drivers or anything like?

Re: Mysn A501 Notebook - Direct3D Adapter problem.
Running it twice (i.e. at the same time with different Graphics) is not possible.
Running it one after the other results in nothing changing, the key stays the same (D7B78E66-4266-11CF-B269-0C35B7C2C535)

Re: Mysn A501 Notebook - Direct3D Adapter problem.
Yes I can!
And it leads to the Geforce showing up in the settings.
However, if I choose it and start the game afterwards I'm back to the "Could not find..." error message...

Mysn A501 Notebook - Direct3D Adapter problem.
Hi there Jussi, I got a Schenker (Clevo) notebook with both an integrated Intel Graphics and a Geforce GT 555M. The standard setting is to use the Intel one for every action, but I can chose the Geforce in the settings of most games. Additionally I can chose to run a game with the Geforce over the r...

Yeah, but it was the same with Italy in DSJ 2.1, and it was part of the fun
So I like it the way it is!

@ Mario
You could just take the interval from flight to landing and increase the speed of the jumpers movements if it's a longer way the jumper has to go...
In reality the different jumpers don't need longer for the landing although there are different flying style...
