Passing time - changing weather and light

I don't know if this feature is already included but I guess that not. When we start qualification and then 1st round and then 2nd round the level of darkness and the conditions seem to be stable. I don't mean big changes of the wind but what about getting darker and darker? Or sometimes snowfall? Could be that qualification and 1st round are with good weather and then in final round snowfall? And start from natural light and during competition or only final round artificial light? It would make competitions more realistic.
