I don't know if this was present in 1.0, but I discovered it now. Using demo version, you need to go to World Cup -> Select Hills, and then right-click on any of the blocked hills. Game crashes with "file not found" error for that hill. However, the game doesn't crash if you do the same in training mode.

I tested it and this bug was present already in 1.0. I'll fix it.

I saw, that in new hills (Oberstdorf & Villach) during play has a much lower fps than the rest hills.
maybe weak optimization ?

I have problem with lower fps too. Changing graphic settings like number of trees etc. doesn't help. The only solution is playing on the lowest resolution but previous version run excellent on the highest.

Ctrl+C works the same way, and Alt+C is a short for polish Ć. Often when i want to write something with "Ć" during the take off/jump the chat window shuts down and i can't see what i'm writing.
Let's only use Ctrl+C for turning the chat ON/OFF maybe?
