Registration code is wrong?

Jussi, i just registrated now with my girlfriends card, But in the mail, im missing 4 numbers, only 12 numbers. . The mail i registrated with is
kri_tei@hotmail.com , and the name is Kristine Knive Teien, can u help me?

But cant u just change the payment, and keep the money and just give me a registration key, i want to play online for 1 year
