Hello, I am going to buy the game soon and I want to ask some questions before I do so.

First, if I use bank transfer as a payment method, do I have to fill out the form (http://www.mediamond.fi/dsj4/buy/orderform.txt) or is it enough to just send my name in the e-mail?

If it is necessary, how do I fill it out? Some things, for example signature, cannot be done on computer. Do I have to print it, fill it then scan it?

Are the prices listed there still up-to-date?

And last question, how long does it usually take for me to get my key after I send the e-mail?

It's enough if you send me a copy of the bank receipt as an email attachment and give me your name.
Prices are up-to-date.
