Problem in registration

Hey, we have payed the game DSJ4 by Visa today, about an half hour ago. We havent had the registration key to my moms e-mail.
Also we tried to registrate to this forum by my mom´s e-mail adress, but that is not working. (E-mail IS working we think.)
Then we did registration for this forum in my username and its working well.

After that we checked that the payment is done ( "varaus" in sampo-bank/Visa).

Where is the problem ?!

Did you check your spam folder? The registration key is most probably there.

Well, now we think that my moms e-mail is not Ok because its not receiving my messages....
Is it possible you to send keys to my e-mail?
