Is the 3 Month Online Subscription exactly 3 Month, so for example if I buy today (22.12.2016) it lasts till 22.03.2017 or is it a solid number of days for example 90 days? (so 30x3)

It's 90 days starting from the day when you enter the subscription code to the game.
