Hello Gentlemen!
My old computer to 2008- dell inspiron 1720 model with win vista and unfortunately lags DSJ 4 (DSJ 3 no lags-its ok).
I tried a lot of things-either reduce the resolution to 800x600 and at least all of the details-improved significantly, but still not suitable for the game - Cleaner and cleaned some disk defrag and unfortunately-
there any ideas?

Did you try turning off anti-aliasing? That actually makes by far the biggest difference for me.
